CRM & Workflow SaaS Platform

I built connected customer processes across two SaaS products. One collected and managed website responses. The other moved enquiries through quotes, follow-up, jobs and payments.

Why the client is not named

The work is real, but I leave out names and private business details to protect the client.

The problem

Both products had to turn many changing customer details into screens that stayed clear. Responses, notes, quotes, reminders, bookings and payments all needed simple rules about what happened next.

What I did

  • SaaS application and workflow architecture
  • Form endpoint, builder, submission and response-management workflows
  • CRM records, quotes, follow-ups, jobs and payment scheduling
  • Notifications, integrations and production delivery

Tools and systems

  • Form and API submission intake
  • Response inboxes, notes and follow-up status
  • CRM and workflow state modeling
  • Quote, job and payment-schedule workflows
  • Notifications, integrations and reporting

Main technical choices

Give each customer journey clear stages instead of scattered status flags

Stop automatic follow-up as soon as the work moves forward

Keep each response, customer note and task with the right record

The result

The products brought separate enquiry and customer tasks into one clear flow. Users could see what arrived, what had happened, what needed attention and when follow-up was complete.
