Information you provide
The project enquiry form collects your name, email address and project details. You may also provide your country, WhatsApp number, website address and hosting information. The originating service or Labs tool is included to help explain your enquiry.
Labs tools
The image compressor processes selected images in your browser; it does not upload them. Website checks send the address you enter to our server, which requests the public page. The destination website can see that request. Do not enter private links containing access tokens or sign-in details. To prevent abuse, the scanning service temporarily keeps in server memory website hostnames, scan locks and request counters. Visitor counters use a hashed IP address or network prefix when supplied by our trusted hosting proxy. These counters and locks are valid for up to ten minutes and are discarded on cleanup or server restart; report contents are not stored in them. Your browser also remembers website hostnames and cooldown expiry times to avoid repeat scans across tools and tabs. Expired browser entries are cleared when you next use a website tool. Hosting providers may retain normal operational logs.
How the information is used
Your information is used to understand your enquiry, assess whether I can help, reply to you, prepare a relevant recommendation, and communicate about possible development or maintenance work.
Confidentiality
I do not publish, sell, or use submitted project details for advertising. Please avoid sharing passwords, secret keys, medical records, payment details, or other highly sensitive information through the enquiry form.
Form processing
Form submissions are processed through a specialist form-processing service and the technical providers required to deliver and protect the enquiry. These providers process information only as needed to operate the form and related infrastructure.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate possible work, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask for your enquiry information to be corrected or deleted by using the project enquiry form and stating your request.
